FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
This hands-on leadership role is for an outstanding Food and Beverage Manager to join our outstanding team. We’re looking for someone to oversee the daily operations of The Weir, with the support of the GM, Managing Director and Finance & Operations Manager. The key to this role, is to ensure exceptionally high standards of service throughout the venue, including guest satisfaction, profitability and compliance with brand and legal requirements.


WAIT STAFF
As a Front of House Team member, you will be the face of The Weir! We’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, to welcome & seat guests, take orders, serve food and beverages and maintain a clean and inviting environment.We are an all-day dining bar, so shifts are day and night time.
